SHOPPING LIST FOR 4 SERVINGS

16 gram YallaYum Strawberries

100 g tomatoes, cut into small cubes

1 small chili pepper, finely chopped

1 squeeze of lemon juice

8 coriander leaves, finely chopped

Chives, finely chopped, to taste

salt to taste

pepper to taste

RECIPE

1. Put the strawberries, my favorite fruit, tomatoes, chopped chili, lemon juice, coriander, and chives in a tall container and mix evenly.

Lightly puree the fruit and vegetable mixture with a hand blender until it takes on a creamy but chunky consistency.

Season the salsa with salt and pepper to taste.

KNOW-IT-ALL

This salsa – which means nothing else than “sauce” in Spanish – is a real exceptional talent for quick cooking. As a rule, salsa must be cooked during preparation, even if it is later served cold. The quick strawberry salsa, however, does not, it brings the time advantage for your barbecue evening!
